Click the Accept button for each prompt until Jabber opens. Login with the same username and password you use for logging into your computer at work. Verify that your picture or initials show up in the upper left hand side of the Jabber window. Close Jabber and respond appropriately in the checklist. Troubleshooting tips. Download Jabber from: Cisco Jabber Installation File for MAC or access the End-User Guide from Cisco website. Launch CiscoJabberMac-12.1.1.269866.pkg. Run the installation Click Continue when the Welcome screen displays. Click Agree after reading the license agreement to accept the terms of the license agreement and continue with the installation. Cisco Jabber is allowed on three devices for your assigned number. Your physical phone is one device. Your computer and cell phone are examples of other devices. Contact ENCS to request a free license. You will need to know your phone number to request the license.
