I've got the Onyx 820i mixer, serial number starting with 00314.., and my mac doesn't see it in AudioMIDI setup, no new device detected. however it is seen in System Report as a Firewire Bus Onyx-i. my OS is 10.9.2. another similar firewire mixer (Phonic) works ok with my mac. I've tested the mixer on my friend's mac with a 10.8.4 OS installed and the result was the same: it's seen in the system report but not seen in the AudioMIDI setup. what's wrong with this mixer and how can I make it work? please help!
